Positive: We didn't partake of breakfast...too early. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Nice to have couch and extra rolling chair for guests visiting.
Negative: No towel racks by sink area; bottom of tub should be corrugated to hinder slippage; as well should be hand bar in tub. These last two will help prevent liability for the hotel.
Summary: The facility was very nice and staff helpful.

Positive: Very comfy room with all the typical HIE amenities. AC blew super cold, shower was wonderful, facility was clean and comfortable.
Negative: My only issue was that both our rooms had ants. Bottom floor, so that likely had an effect on the ant situation. My room (bathroom door) had an unrepaired hole in it, but when reported to front desk, they were aware so I wouldn’t be charged for damage.
Summary: Super affordable for a HIE, right off the 15, easy on/off when traveling.

Positive: Had breakfast had holiday inn and suites in Sandy, nice variety and opted for the hot breakfast which was good.
Negative: The Holiday inn and suites in Sandy could have been better rated had not our room took on an almost sewage type smell around 2-4 am each day of our stay. The exercise room, pool and spa were nice options to take advantage of, our schedule did not allow for that. I was charged an extra $20.00 for an unknown reason on my credit card after I checked out. We do not smoke, left the room in a tidy and clean fashion and left tips for housekeeping each day. Would like to know why. Waiting to receive my receipt via email.
Summary: The Holiday Inn in Sandy, Utah was near where we were visiting relatives, Legions rest. good food

Positive: staff was very friendly and professional.
Negative: There was some confusion on what room we were assigned and when we got back to the room our key cards no longer worked and a light in our room was turned on that was off when we left. not sure who entered our room, but the keys were restored and the staff at the front counter was quick at helping us.
Summary: our stay was only one night, so there isn't much more to say
