Summary: Needed aiport shuttle Waited 90 minutes- was supposed to be 20-30- hotel only 10 minutes away Staff was not helpful- lied - didnt offer solution or apologies Asked for manager and was told they would follow up and never did - no compensation or credit - would not depend on shuttle - rest of hotel ok

Summary: Booked it late as pur flight was delayed and we had a long layover. Checknin was fast and we got to the room in less than 10 minutes. It was clean quiet and comfortable. They had a great free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport.

Summary: I arrived at 9 am after my cruise to Alaska and they gave me a room. WOW amazing!! Room was warm and large. Staff was amazing and a shuttle to boot. Now the negative: swimming pool was cold, chair in the room needs to be replaced and due to the weather (high winds) the TV was unwatchable. Had to be a satellite issue. Facility staff needs to address

Summary: This hotel, by far, has the nicest staff of any place we have ever stayed. They went above and beyond in every interaction, from phone calls to shuttle drivers to front desk staff. And the lobby and general floor area is mopped several times a day. Clean, everywhere you look.
