Summary: This hotel was agreat stay the sraff is so friendly and helpful they never made you feel like you where bothering them. The room was clean and comtrable.well stay here again

Summary: Room was comfortable and clean. But no room housekeeping for 2 day stay. 4 floor hall carpet desperately needed vacuuming. Waited 5 minutes for evening front desk staff to come out of back office to check me in. Morning breakfast kitchen attendant super friendly and helpful.

Summary: I have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn express locations and never had an issue which is why this was such a let down. We arrived Monday at 2:30, as I was trying to check in I was told very rudely that I will need to wait 30 minutes because check in isn't until 3. 3 o clock comes and I am told the room isn't ready yet and to give them another 20 minutes. The pool was temporarily closed, our hotel phone did not work, no Internet connection to the TV, no coffee maker in room (coffee maker in lobby was constantly broken all 4 days), no toilet paper or tissues in bathroom, the windows were smeared with what looked like sticky handprints from a child. Unfortunately I definitely won't be back.

Summary: Everything was great. The only issue was the truck noise from the 4-lane highway, which of course is not the Hotels fault.

Summary: We’ve had good luck at Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past, and this was a brand new hotel. The pool water was green and cloudy and only open once. We were not given the king bed/pullout sofa we reserved. The hotel ran out of toilet paper/tissue, so we had to go to Meijer to buy some. At breakfast, they ran out of food—trash was overflowing from trash cans. Staff was very overwhelmed. I don’t think the management did their job in supporting staff and customers. Would not recommend until the kinks are worked out.

Summary: They were understaffed all 3 days I was there they could not keep up with the breakfast bar coffee machine were down no food. the pool and the room the pool was in was not cleaned while I was there. Asked housekeeping for towels an hour later I had to go to the front desk to get them. $100.00 less a night would have been to much.

Summary: Did not get much sleep in this hotel. Room above us made noise early morning both nights. I reported to staff after first night and asked to be moved to highest floor. Was told nothing else was available. Second morning I called to front desk complaining about noise going continuously early in morning. Sounded like kids jumping off beds and running in room. I asked for refund of one night's stay .Front desk said they didn't have authority. They said they would talk with manager. I have sent two emails to hotel but heard nothing.

Summary: We were giving a room that wasn’t clean. We switched rooms and the new room was not vacuumed the floors were very dirty and the there was something wet on the carpet. There was no soap in the bathroom and our lock on the door was broke. Also, the pool was shut down.

Summary: Seems like there is a staff shortage or just a general management issue. No one at the front desk, closing the breakfast hours early because they were out of food to serve. No clean towels for the pool every time we went down and everything was messy/dirty.
