Summary: Renovations going on our floor but it was alll good. Our room was freshly completed and bed was very comfy.

Summary: The hotel is on a nicer side of town so, I booked it for my daughters birthday slumber party. We had a queen suite. $144..not too bad I thought. But, when I arrived to check in at 4, I heard the front desk tell anithrr couple that all of the rooms were still not clean...It wasn't a huge deal to us because we were just checking in & would be back later on. Also, I understand renovations but the hallways & elevator were gross. Dry wall & little pieces of grass & trash everywhere. Like no one had cleaned in a while. & the sofa bed was super thin & old. Also, the girls wanted to watch a movie but, it was an old outdated TV. We even tried hooking up a PS5 but there was no way to change the input. I definitely wouldn't pay $144 for that again.

Summary: The front desk gentleman was very rude, just stared at us to talk first. Didn’t welcome us or ask how can I help you. He checked us in and that’s about it. Didn’t tell us about the amenities, what time breakfast was.

Summary: Room was clean the breakfast was so good all except the “eggs” lol but I get how expensive real eggs would be to feed the masses. We would stay here again

Summary: The bed was comfortable. However, room/hotel is outdated. Our blanket looked old and had a tear. Quite surprising for a Holiday Inn. Breakfast was good. Customer service was good at check in and breakfast area. Housekeeping ladies were nice.

Summary: The hotel is currently in the midst of renovations and we were in a "Just Renovated" room and were shocked at some of workmanship or lack there of! The new paint was poorly done, bathroom fixtures were not completed, fan grate in bath ceiling was hanging from one screw. The molding in the bathroom was so bad the workers just filled the gaps with plaster or RTV to cover their poor work! It looked like the room was partially done but they decided to make it available anyway. I wish we had taken pictures of some of the shoddy workmanship. Also, we could never get the TV to work at all, it was like it hadn't been programmed yet. Luckily we were so tired we didn't care.
