Summary: Staff was very friendly & professional. Breakfast buffet was good. Only complaints are that my door lock kept malfunctioning. So every time we left our room we had to get our keys rekeyed. Staff did what they could for that. Also being on a first floor next to elevator was not a good choice. Could hear all the noises & room is not very sound proofed.

Summary: Everything was great. I’m weird about cleanliness and it was very clean. The hot tub was great. The pool was a little cold and the pool room was so hot it was hard to breathe so that’s my only complaint.

Summary: First time staying there. It was a very nice hotel. The beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable. It was nice to have Dove soap in the shower and on the sink provided by the hotel. The hot tub was amazing, but the pool wasn't as warm as we would've liked it. Breakfast was really nice and the cinnamon rolls were the best.

Summary: My room lock was not working and it remains open while we went for dinner (we did not know about it). Later we found about it and asked for a room change.

Summary: I enjoyed being in the "eagle's nest" at the top of the hill. The thunder and lightening display were awesome. It left a feeling of being "safe".
