Summary: Parking on site was good but expensive at $35 per day. Breakfast was basic but fine. Room was too humid despite air conditioning and had a stale/musky smell which never went away. Not ideal. The bed was really comfortable and the location were good but I wouldn’t stay here again. Lastly one of the photos showing a nice looking restaurant/bar are not of the hotel. Misleading for sure.

Summary: The hotel was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Cleaning servoce staff was very friendly and attentive. Check in was easy. Parking was secure but very tight in the parking garage. Maneuvering around in the parking garage requires mad skill and im thankful my husband was the one navigating parking. Breakfast was great and well stocked.

Summary: Location is fantastic. Near to St Lawrence Market and easy to get around. The hotel itself is functional but has a great, powerful shower and the bed is comfy. The free breakfast is nothing special but hey, it’s free. The service was really good.

Summary: We had a nice room that was generally quiet apart from when the air conditioning was on, which sounded like a plane's engines revving up! We found that the breakfast area was often busy, with too many people and not enough tables. In addition, food was served on disposable plates and cutlery was plastic, meaning there didn't seem to be much focus on sustainability. The choice of breakfast items was OK and some changes to the hot buffet items were made each day, to ensure some variety.

Summary: The location is the best for a good value. Trolleys right out front of the hotel. The subway station entrance is less than a block away. Safeway tours to Niagara Falls is right out the front door at 9:15 a.m. Water in the front lobby for guests. Fine restaurant in house for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Fine lounge with tv's. Rooms are a bit small for Americans. I.C.E. station south on Yonge a block for currency exchange. Walking distance to many tourist destinations. About as safe an area for college kids and families as you can find in a big city.
