Summary: Positives: The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind. I really like the lobby setup. It's designed with different sections for socializing, relaxing, or getting some work done, which made it versatile and comfortable. Cons: The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have hoped, there is no microwave in the room, and the bathroom door in room 235 could use a cosmetic update (it looked like the paint was melted or corroded). Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I choose this location every time I go to Greensboro.

Summary: Accommodations were very nice. Cleanliness was above average. Front Desk staff were professional and polite. Location was perfect and pricing was very good! As senior citizens, we appreciated being close to the elevators.

Summary: The hotel was good. My mistake I thought that I had purchased with breakfast. That was my mistake. I am use to staying at Holiday Inn Express where breakfast is included. There was not a microwave in the room. That should have came automatically. The room were nice and roomy and the bed was very comfortable. I think I will stick with Express.

Summary: Went there for a country music show ,hotel location was great ,the people working the front desk were very nice and knowledgeable about the show and how to commute to the show and back to the hotel.

Summary: June 16th, 2025 I was in town due to a concert. I chose this hotel based off the location and the reviews. The outside was very clean with front and rear parking. The lobby was very clean and the receptionist was very polite. The hotel could use new carpet. The room was VERY CLEAN and spacious. It was very quiet at nighttime as well. I would recommend this hotel and I definitely will stay again.

Summary: Hotel clean and neat. Very responsive to complaints about kids and noise. Was disappointed to see single use plastic utensils at breakfast, as I was served with regular cutlery at dinner in same restaurant. Close to interstate with easy access.
