Summary: Check in was fine, however we were informed that parking would be an extra fee and that we could pay via cash, card or room charge upon checkout. We said we wanted to pay cash as we wanted to cash flow any extras instead of putting it on a card. We were told no problem. Upon checking out, we were told that the parking had been charged to the room already. Room was fine, no complaints. They were very helpful when our baby had a spit up on the bed. They came up and changed the bed, no problems. Breakfast was an extra $18 per person for buffet. We wouldn't have minded if most of the food hadn't been stale. It started at 6:30am, we were there for 7. All the bread products were rock hard. The croissant you could solidly break in half and was rock hard inside and out. The hot food was mostly fine. Except the French toast was both soggy and stale at the same time. The area around the hotel is very sketchy. Honestly, we would choose another hotel further from this area.

Summary: Our stay was good overall. However, I was charged extra $100 before our stay. I called and the lady said it was the deposit. I have never encountered a hotel that charges deposit a few days before our stay. It has been 2 weeks after and I have not received any refund from them.

Summary: Great location. Very walkable for a night out. Very average room. Unfortunately a popular spot for teams which can make the halls loud and the pool basically unusable. On our stay there were many pre-teens on a soccer trip that spent most of their downtime in the pool horsing around unsupervised. They splashed so much water out of the hot tub that staff had to actually top it up once they left. The hot tub area also had some buildup of scum and could have overall been cleaner.

Summary: I’m pretty scatter brained when I’m in a new place, and the counter staff were very friendly, helpful and answered my many questions. Great folks! People from Saskatoon warned me that the area this hotel is located in may not be the safest (at night), and I did notice some increased activity at night, but I felt overall safe within the hotel. The nights were quite silent (not a lot of sirens/traffic). The hotel was close to the venue I was in town to attend an event at and was conveniently close to all other amenities and establishments I needed! Great stay!
