Summary: Hotel is older- air conditioner was very noisy which made it hard to sleep. The restaurant in the hotel is good.

Summary: The outdoor pool was locked and we had to find someone to unlock it for us. The property is older and the bathroom in the room very small but overall we had a good stay.

Summary: The only complaint I have is, there was a light outside my window that made it seem like it was daylight inside my room when it should have been dark. Made it hard to sleep. Cleanliness of the room was great, staff was great.

Summary: We stay at this property frequently when visiting K-State. It's just across the street from the student union and a short five minute walk to Aggieville. We love it for that reason. However- the facility is showing its age. The rooms and bathrooms have paint chipping, grout that is coming off and the last few times the ironing boards have been covered in stains. The breakfast is an extra charge and is served in the restaurant. It's nothing great. Typical hotel breakfast. This stay is the first time it has really disappointed us. The pancakes were hard and the rest of the food seemed like it was old. There were two hours left of breakfast so I would have expected better quality. Again, for us the conveniences outweigh the breakfast quality. I wouldn't say you should avoid this property- but manage your expectations. It's certainly not perfect.

Summary: Was sas to see that when I checked into hotel, it would’ve been less expensive to call and make my own reservation rather than use Hotels.com. Posted Hldiday Inn rate $114, hotels.com rate $128. Lesson Learned.

Summary: The hotel is nice, especially the lobby and restaurant. The room was fine, except I had booked 2 rooms with 1 bed and I got ones with 2 beds; the bathroom is quite small and you can barely turn around and I am not a big person. The only prevalent negative is the loud air conditioner/heat. The motor would kick on and woke me up many times. But all in all, the beds and pillows were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was quite nice. I would stay there again if I could get a mobility accessible room (granted that didn't take away from a person who really needs it). and wear earplugs at night.
