Summary: We started previously and it was great. Check in was a breeze. Looked over the room before settling in, got dinner, showered, and then as we were getting ready for bed, saw a bug (you know the sort) crawling across the covers. Super bummed. Other things to note about this room specifically: the filters in the a/c were left out; not sure if they were drying and forgotten, or if there was a different issue. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling that did not look like it was being addressed. Let me be clear: all other aspects of the hotel room were fine. However, I still have not heard from the management about a refund or deduction for the room... I totally expect them to fix the issues, as the first time we stayed we had a lovely time, zero issues.

Summary: Good stay, great restaurants on-site. Did not check out the pool/waterpark, but looked fun! Only downsides I would say is that the shower is not a walk in, parking is not free, and there is not complimentary breakfast. Otherwise, a clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Also had a digital check-out! Will be back!

Summary: Overall was good stay, however we had to ask for towels (we only had 3 in the bathroom for a family of 4 staying), no hand soap in bathroom on arrival, and had to ask for coffee cups as only 1 was in the room for a 2 night stay. They were helpful getting things when asked, but should have been in room already stocked when room was checked and ready for guests. The pool was a highlight for kids!

Summary: Room was clean, no free breakfast and had to pay for parking. Room was not ready at 5, had to wait for around 20 minutes to get into our room.

Summary: Paying for parking is ridiculous for a hotel...that being said, loved the hotel and the people. Clean and definately kid friendly !

Summary: Paying $15/day for parking was excessive. As paying guests to this hotel, we paid more than enough for our stay. Everything else was GREAT!!!

Summary: We arrived on a Thursday evening and the front desk was very overwhelemed, trying to accommodate a guest, check people in and drive the shuttle for guests. The common space and elevators were covered with water from the waterpark. Our room had mold on the bathroom ceiling and one of the lamps shades was severely stained but the front desk stated all of the rooms were taken so there was no switching. There was someones old razor lid in our shower and we only got 2 clean bath towels. There was also no handsoap refilled in the bathroom. Our coffee station was never filled, we did ask the front desk for the missing items on Friday but they were never brought up. I think the housekeeper card said Elvia, but we couldnt find her name on the tip QR code provided. I did take pictures and would gladly provide them. We ate at Burger Theory which was delicious but the place was deserted and still all of the tables were dirty. The fllor was also soaked at the fozen yogurt place. Unfortunately I wouldnt recommend this hotel or stay here again based on all of this and the fact that it's a little louder than we bargained for.

Summary: The water park didn’t meet expectations. There was one large slide, a pool, hot tub, and a play feature for smaller kids. The pool floor was dirty. There were only pool towels upon request, and the pool area was very hot, easily 100 degrees inside. In the room it was nice to have two king beds. The room was average. The floors were laminate, but felt very dirty, like they needed a good scrubbing. There was also a little mold in the grout of the shower. Upon check in the staff was busy but not overly patient or kind. Moods were improved with check out. Overall a very average stay at best for a more expensive location.

Summary: Overall mediocre stay. Waited for more than an hour for an airport shuttle before giving up. Only 3 towels in room and toiletries were watered down rather than refilled. Paper thin walls and room smelled like smoke and ac could not keep up. Beds were comfortable and staff were pleasant. Waterpark was fun but half the big toy features were not working. Overall OK stay but not dying to go here again
