Summary: First, I booked a King for one of the 2 rooms we booked and this was done with the hotel receptionist. It was NOT available when we checked in. They gave it to someone else. Both rooms (231 & 233) were damp. The rug and the linens were damp, and the rooms had a dampness to them. My tub and sink would not drain properly. Water came up over my feet when I was taking a shower. Our rooms were not cleaned on Saturday while we were out. We did not say anything to the personnel as I expected to do it this way.

Summary: The room was cold like i enjoy. They answered text and issues quick. Jacuzzi was cold though and that we wanted hot. It filtered because resorts we stay at are nasty and don't filter.

Summary: Not the best experience. Room was not the cleanist i have stayed in. Curtain would not close (broken and frayed materiel). Informed the desk and they said they would send someone to repair but they never did during the 2 days before i checked out. Room looked very used with sopts on the couch. Also check in was lengthy even though i did the precheck. Front dest had no idea with the costs i prebooked through Expedia were. Right now there is still an extra $130 on my card that has not been removed?? Will probably have to dispute with AMX.
