Summary: Hotel was clean & comfortable. Just stayed 1 night at the end of a trip, so didn't spend much time there. Phone in room did not work. Disappointed that tv was not a smartTV and didn't get many channels.

Summary: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk seemed overwhelmed at times during the day and a little rude. The night crew were much more polite. The morning/breakfast crew was very polite and accommodating. The bartender was rude and ignored patrons, leaving them waiting for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. She either needs help or a better work ethic. Also the fact that we had to pay an additional fee to park in the garage was a little ridiculous. Overall we enjoyed our stay here in SoPo.

Summary: Perfect location to shops and restaurants. Pool is 82 degrees and huge. On site food and drinks were good - had the charcuterie board. Great view from the room.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. Location was fantastic. Easy walk to the bay and to endless restaurants. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were wonderful!

Summary: The hotel was mostly clean except some of the entrances off the parking garage. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was steamy after showering. Toilet seat was broken.
