Positive: The positive side of the hotel was definitely the staff – they were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and really met our expectations. The hotel itself is newly built, and the grounds are overall very appealing. The swimming pool was fine, but the beach was less impressive – to be honest, it wasn’t particularly nice. All in all, our stay was okay.
Negative: The downside of the hotel was definitely the room. It didn’t offer much comfort and had no ventilation. The worst part was that our room faced the street and had wooden windows with no sound insulation. We could hear every motorcycle and every car that passed by. On top of that, the cleaner came by with the vacuum almost every day around 8 a.m., waking us up before our alarm – which was quite unpleasant. I would strongly recommend that they install PVC windows, as this would significantly improve the quality of the hotel.

Positive: Lovely hotel and exceptionally lovely and attentive staff. Kids club was really great and the staff there were fabulous. Spa was great. Lovely clean pools.
Negative: Our first room had a bad smell, but the staff found us another room and moved us right away once we let them know.

Positive: Loved our time at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua! The pool was amazing (and the cocktails even better), breakfast was delicious, and the Nasi Yaaa dinner with Hanuman was a must-try. Spa treatments were so relaxing, and we had fun with snooker and indoor games. Perfect mix of comfort, fun, and Bali vibes!
Negative: hard to leave.

Positive: Breakfast was good, and kids club was excellent! That’s the only things we liked about the place.
Negative: The place smell like sewage and there are a lot of mosquitoes. I booked for ocean views with the photos of the room showing the room facing the ocean but they gave us a partial ocean view room - photos didn’t match what we booked. You won’t sleep at night with the nightly party from the neighbours hotel. The beach, you can’t swim in it, it’s dirty and jets skies everywhere, stunk like petrol. Majority of pool is in the shade and it’s cold. Not enough sun beds around the pool and beach, you will need to wake up early to save your spot. Geckos in the room pooped everywhere. Spare bed smelt like mould and had no mattress protector on it. I would rate this resort more like a 3 and half star. You can stay way more comfortable nearby paying same or less.

Negative: The swimming pool ice cold didn't swim once, other resorts we went to all of there pools was good meaning water was body temperature. No proper tv channels in English. Didn't like the none smoking environment.
