Summary: It was just as amazing as it has been the last 7 times we have stayed here. Everyone is so nice and the resort feels like home.

Summary: We arrived on Sunday to the hotel. We had a hiccup as soon as we arrived as our card was charged twice as we checked in. Almost $900 twice. As of now after checking out on Wednesday the charges are still pending. The agent did comp our drink cups and early check in fee. The thermostat on our wall was also torn off and couldn't be replaced. We had to try to operate it from the actual unit which didn't work well. The staff was nice, the food was good. They had great activities for the kids. The pool area was nice and clean as was the lobby. All in all it was a good experience minus the credit card snafu and thermostat.

Summary: As Holiday Inn Club Members and IHG Elite Level guests we do a fair bit of traveling and this hotel did not live up to expectations. From the rushed check in when we arrived, to the missing towels and shower curtain in our room. The sink being backed up in our bathroom the entire stay after I mentioned it two seperate times. The main reason for us staying here was the lazy river with waterfall which wasn't working. And last the most egregious thing was my son being stuck in the elevator and NONE of the emergency buttons inside working. Thank God he had his phone to call us or who knows how long he would have been stuck in there! Very poor experience and we would never stay here again for 600+ dollars a night we paid. I expected much better for my family and our vacation.

Summary: The location is great… won’t take away from that! The staff were hot and cold when interacting with them. Friendly at first then after no positive vibe or interaction. I missed booked the handicap room, I own it, but when did the handicap rooms have the worst view!! Moldy roof/awning! We kept the shades closed the entire time!! Water pressure was not good and toilet ran loud. Twice in 24 hours the fire alarm went off randomly while our stay. The tv stations were horrible! Westerns, old 70,80’s sitcoms, informercials, religious, political and a couple sports, and a kids channel… the selection is poor after coming back from activities and ready to unwind to watch current channels and nope… turn it off! The positive was the location the drinks, food, pool oh and the beach rentals! My suggestion go with low expectations and hope things and the personnel has gotten better and friendlier for more than your first day. Won’t be retuning.
