Summary: The expectation of booking a pricey ocean view room is that you will have good service but not so at this resort. Room was sub-par; microwave and table in the room not clean; no ice machine available on any floor in the whole building and when I called the front desk to have them bring some to my room they said I had to come get it myself. Definitely lacking in hospitality and service to ensure guests are satisfied with their stay. Parking fee was ridiculously expensive, and the “wrist bands,” which they require for visitors also pricey ($10 for each person). And on and on. I wish I’d stayed at La Copa.

Summary: it was good but there was a lot of mold building up it smelled strong and there was a lot of it visibly on the window and curtains. which of course i understand its because of the humidity but also woke up with a huge dead roach on the entrance. no big deal just gross but i did like the hotel and i would go again. the staff was very friendly as well!

Summary: The night we got there I tried to order room service but the restaurant did not pick up the phone. I called front desk on their phone and mine and no one picked up. Someone texted me from front desk asking if everything was ok. I texted back letting them know of my situation and proceeded to walk to the restaurant/bar. I met my husband at the bar who was trying to order drinks and no one was acknowledging him at first. S

Summary: We chose to stay in this property as it was resort style. The property has 3 pools and a heated pool. Although everything good on paper, it lacked professionalism. The house cleaning was nothing great to write about. The beach was not private, the pools and amenities were not private, to the point were people who were not staying at the property could use them as well.

Summary: We were locked out of our room for a half hour due to the lock failure. The floors were extremely slippery in the rooms. Breakfast was OK. I gave coupons for free drink drinks to the bartender, but I was charged for all drinks.
