Positive: The property has a nice enclosed courtyard with outdoor pool, hot tub, grassy area. The breakfast in the restaurant was pretty good, not amazing, but it served the purpose and was decent. Wifi was good. My room had a back door that opened to the courtyard. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Negative: Paying $10 for parking - really? I understand if we are in downtown Denver, but we're not, and the hotel has it's own sizable parking lot. Actually, they said they would charge me $30 and return $20 at the end of my stay - bizarre business practice. No complimentary breakfast - I suppose because this was one of the lower-priced hotels?? The layout of the building is a bit odd; my room was a long circuitous route from the lobby/restaurant.
Summary: Paid Parking - Boo! Nice Courtyard and Pools.

Negative: The staff not aware of the short staff for the attached restaurant. We couldn’t sit on the patio with our dog due to short staff and had to order to go and then eat outside. Not allowed to keep dog in the rented room.

Positive: We loved the amenities at the hotel There is a restaurant with a great happy hour and live music. The pool is clean and has an attached hot tub inside. The staff was responsive to all our requests for attention to room items not functioning properly. Nice recommendations for restaurants. Friendly and people focused. We will return.
Negative: The room key system isn't working properly. It's a known issue, and the staff was quick to rekey or send maintenance. Our time was respectfully acknowledged..

Positive: The restaurant and bar were understaffed and not very talented and should be replaced with more suitable employees who understand the work. And enough staff members to properly run a restaurant. There is no good logical reason for this situation. But, minor for me cause I would not drive 4 hours to simply drink and eat out. I came for the outdoors. And the hot tub, which was not working due to a legitimate reason, so I am not upset about that.
Negative: The short sheets but that is an industry standard. But, again minor.
