Summary: I asked to pay at the property but was charged not once but twice a day before my check in. I asked if my rate included breakfast and was told no! This was incorrect. I showed them my booking. No apology or acknowledgment given. The day of check out the fire alarm went off at 7am. Again, no apology nor explanation given. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here!!

Summary: Great service at the front counter but I am in the "OLD" part of the hotel. Worn out carpet old windows. Not the nicest place in town for what they're charging. I'm not really impressed at all.

Summary: Front desk staff were great. We were travelling with another couple and our rooms were far apart. We asked if there was a possibility of getting rooms closer together and they were very quick to help us out.
