Summary: The hotel was fine but the two women at the front desk didn’t know what they were doing at check-in. They kept telling me my card wasn’t working yet I received five large charges on two different cards. When I showed them what they had done they blew it off like it was no big deal and I’d “get the money back in a few days”. Not impressed with the staff.

Summary: Great for our family of 5 to stay together. Plenty of room for all of us. We liked having the ability to get ready in multiple locations so the bathroom didn’t get crowded.

Summary: Restaurant was understaffed and not enough food for the buffet that was offered. Children took over the hot tub pools and were throwing balls across the pools and jumping in and out of hot tub and pool, splashing and yelling. Hard for adults to relax in the hot tub or have infants in pools.

Summary: We had a two bed suite with a pullout couch. Loud party happening outside our room which is out of hotel control. We pulled thr couch out to an unmade stained mattress. Just wasn’t happy that bed was not made and then waited an additional hour and half to get bed sheets and extra blanket.

Summary: We came to celebrate a birthday so we had 21 people. I felt there was need for mor tables for larger groups. All were full so we ended up hanging out in one of our rooms. But the place is great for the kids.

Summary: Upon arrival, room appeared nice. No tv remote. Had to go get one from front desk. No cups for bathroom. Room not what we requested. Too many little kids in the whirlpool so didn’t get to use it. You have to ask at front desk for a non slip mat for the shower. Nothing in room as far as channel guide, restaurants in area. Advertised as room service. That was not true. The location is not attractive at all. We won’t be staying there again.
