Summary: The hotel itself is great, but the breakfast arrangement is not ideal. They provide coupons to use at Lakes Restaurant located in the same building. While the food is quite good, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The staff at the restaurant may be overwhelmed by the morning rush of hotel guests and they don’t even pretend to hide their frustration. As a result, you can end up feeling like an unwelcome guest, definitely not the experience you expect from an otherwise excellent hotel.

Summary: Was nice except you expect the TV to work correctly! Had to get up to point the remote to back of TV to change channel. Said they would move us to another room. Was late we were already un pack and that was after they worked on it for a half hour. Said they would send some one up the next day. It worked in the morning for the short time we were there. Then shut it off and when turned on didn’t work right again. Frustrating for sure!
