Summary: A great stay at a Beautiful property. There was a dog show in the adjacent convention center. With all the dogs in the hotel we expected some noise but heard none. We are dog lovers so we enjoyed all the puppy kisses we got. We ate at Ralphs. It was very delicious

Summary: Amazingly friendly staff & accommodating!!!! Highly recommend.. newly renovated Restaurant us great just gets too busy sometimes and had to refuse orders/diners for 45 minutes at least twice

Summary: I did not get the room that I ordered which was king standard. I guess they’re telling me the reason was, they can change it even though I ordered it over two weeks ago if they have someone calling in directly to the hotel rather than going through you. They encouraged me to do that next time(call hotel directly). The hotel gave me a number to call and an extension to dial. However, I tried doing that to get some clarification on why when there’s over 100 rooms and I didn’t get what I ordered two weeks ago. No-one answered the number. The hotel worker said they do have problems from time to time with the telephones. Your establishment tried two times to call and get some results, they also were NOT able to get someone to answer. Your establishment said that they would comp me twenty dollars for the inconvenience and said if I talked to the hotel to call back and let them know what was said. This is unacceptable for both your establishment AND the hotel which we stayed at.

Summary: Some nice touches -nightlight in the bathroom, beds comfortable, lot of counter space in bathroom. Didn't see any outdoor signage identifying the hotel.
