Positive: Lovely views over countryside. Air conditioning was good. When we stayed outside temperature was 34 degree C. Unit was comfortable, clean and tidy.
Negative: The tap on the kitchen sink was very loose and it was very difficult to use.

Negative: No bar area. Coffee machine didn't accept card payment and coins were not being accepted.

Positive: Location very good, a real perfect discription to reach the apartment and check in at late Night after flight Delay done by Christina, very clean, comfortable and tidy apartment with all the things you need, good and very near parking space for car. For sure coming back, for testing the Pool.
Negative: During late evening lot's of noise from workers preparing the garden for spring - or summertime. The gas stove I Don't Like so much, because is a lot of work for me to clean it after cooking , women hands for sure can do it better like me........

Positive: Very clean apartment with clean cotton sheets and towels. There were clear instructions for the rubbish, with separate bags for recycling and the aircom was easy to regulate - we had it off most of the time - so there is an attempt to respect the enviroment. We loved the view from our balcony.
Negative: The noise outside continued well after 23.00 our first night. The residence is set in a residential area with other houses around and street parking unless you pay 5 euros a night for a place under the car porch. We weren't sure we'd find a parking space in the evening but we did. The dimensions of the swimming pool was smaller than it looked in the photos.

We made a last minute booking and there was ongoing and excellent communication confirming the reservation and local information about our stay. Positive: Location felt rural but town was walkable if you wanted to. A stroll to the local bar, had a nice vibe and good choice of drinks and food. Spacious apartment with plenty of storage, decent wi-fi and the balcony terrace was a nice place to chill with wine and enjoy the amazing view.
Negative: Surprisingly, the weather got quite warm for early April. I didn’t manage to master the A/C but windows front and rear of apartment created a cooling draft in the evening.

Positive: Everything was very nice, the view, the apartment, the property owner was great in giving directions and useful information about Macerata!
Negative: There was a warning on booking the whole time regarding the payment, and booking support informed it's because the owner didn't erase it from the booking. Was a bit concerning, but in the end everything was fine, and we could stay in the apartment booked. I recommend having some mosquito repellent things, as there is full of mosquitoes and couldn't sleep the first night. But once I got the mosquitoes repellant the next day, problem was solved.
