Summary: We have just spent 9 days in Jard-sur-Mer in this lovely property. It is huge. We were a family of grandparents, parents plus a toddler and baby. There is loads of good quality baby equipment so we didn’t need to bring much. The indoor kitchen has every utensil you could think of and there is a fabulous outdoor kitchen/bbq which we used on alternate days to eating out. Pool was delightful if a little cold but we visited in September so to be expected. The house is situated within walking distance of both the town and sea so there are many restaurants on the doorstep. There is also a very busy market on a Monday in the town centre. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jard sur Mere. The house suited our three family stay utilising the three storeys. Francoise was very accommodating as we were late arriving and she ensured we were able to use all facilities before she departed. We were sad to leave but were waved off by a smiling Francoise.

Summary: Well appointed spacious property with bedrooms on each floor. The kitchen was good for those who want to cook for large numbers of people. It was not clear from the Vrbo web site listing that there is an additional charge for towels and linen and a charge for cleaning the property on departure. It was also not clear that a deposit had to be paid on arrival. The deposit is returned on departure. The owner was very helpful and explained these things prior to our arrival in Jard. We did not use the BBQ area but in the summer it would be good to use.

Summary: We were a family of 5 adults and had a great relaxing holiday in this lovely villa in such a nice seaside town with beautiful beaches & cycle paths within very easy reach. The pool was always lovely & warm to return to after our days out.

Summary: The three generations of our family thought the property was great. It is very close to the sea and also just a few minutes to the town. It meant we rarely had to use our cars so it was very relaxing. The pool was a great hit with everyone especially when the temperature rose to the mid 30s. We used the barbecue most nights and it was very well equipped. The people sleeping in the top bedrooms found it very hot and perhaps some fans would be a good addition. We would recommend this house to anyone wanting a happy family holiday.

Summary: A nice place to stay for a large family within close proximity to the sea and local shops. The outside kitchen area was fab but could do with having a fridge installed for those important cold drinks close to hand. The only real negatives was the noise from the extractor fan at next doors restaurant which was quite loud when sunbathing by the pool and also the frequent smell of food being prepared and cooked. A nice stay was had by all and Françoise was very helpful.

Summary: Francoise and Patrick very welcoming and helpful. Very well equipped property. Good barbeque area with accessories, but never got round to using it. All loved the pool which was set to just the right temperature for us. Just 5 minute walk to beach, which is rocky at low tide. Can walk to local shops. Only place for milk is SuperU, 10 Minutes drive.(or possibly local camp sites shops). Lots of restaurants by the sea, however Le Kou-De-Ta right next door was our favourite, not due just to location, but very good food, and fantastically friendly owners and staff.

Summary: Francoise was a very friendly and welcoming host. This property was great for us: 5 adults, and 5 children between 7 and 13 years old: characterful, charming, well equipped, comfortable. Even though the nice beach was only 10 minutes' walk away, the children spent most of the time in the pool. The barbeque area was brilliant, and there was seating in different parts of the garden so you could choose sun or shade. The boulangerie for those all important morning croissants and pain was 5 minutes' walk away, and there were nice shops just beyond it selling fresh vegetables, fish and meat, as well as clothes and gifts, and some cafes and restaurants. Jard sur Mer is a great holiday spot where a lot of French people take their holiday, which we liked. We all loved it and had a great week. Highly recommended. Thank you Francoise.
