Villa Rosi is a private, independent and panoramic house situated between Capo d'Orlando and Naso about 10 minutes drive from downtown and the beach.
The villa is on 3 floors and can accommodate up to 15 people distributed in 6 bedrooms.
Ground Floor: large room "open space" with two seating areas and kitchen area + bedroom + bathroom;
First Floor: four bedrooms + two bathrooms (one ensuite);
Second Floor: a bedroom with bathroom + terrace.
The villa is surrounded by a large outdoor area, it too on 3 levels, which consists of:
- Relaxation area with swimming pool and jacuzzi, equipped with outdoor shower, sunbeds, umbrellas, deckchairs and stereo;
- Games area with table tennis and table football;
- Lunch or dinner outdoors area, under a fresh gazebo;
- Barbecue area with external sink;
- Parking area covered by a natural roof of leaves;
The pool is private and is for the exclusive use of guests.
There is also a line WI-FI.
The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your holiday unforgettable.

Summary: Great house to relax in. Cool breeze on the hill above Capo d'Orlando. Winding road up. House perfect for family gathering. Pool not large but had great views and good surrounds. Photos showed exactly what we got.

Summary: We were a group of 9 (4 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 children) and had a lovely holiday in Marco’s villa. We went to the local beaches regularly while also relaxing by the pool and appreciating the stunning mountain view. We made use of the roads and rail network to visit Etna, Cefalu, Agrigento and the Aeolian islands. Marco was very responsive to any queries we had and even posted my child’s glasses back to us in the UK when we accidentally left them behind!

Summary: The house has many bedrooms with good AC and several bathrooms. The pool is not big but good to cool off on hot days. The host provided towels for the pool and some coal for the bbq which was helpful. Friendly owners and easy to reach via WhatsApp.

Summary: Considering the property recently went through near hurricane weather, it was in very livable conditions. The owner/manager, Marco, was very accessible and accommodating. Even came and found us on a rainy-stormy night when we got lost and couldn’t find the property on the first night at 11PM after our flights got delayed for 3 hours.

Summary: Couldn't be happier with the villa or the host, Marco. It is a little secluded but we managed with a hire car. There were some dicey roads on the way to the villa though!! And restaurants near by were very quiet but that may be a seasonal thing. All in all, we couldn't have wished for a nicer villa but the pool was freezing and location not ideal if you want a bit of buzz

Summary: Both the house and our host were excellent. Marco was always available with advice or help if we wanted it and his English is pretty good; but he couldn't organise the weather for us which gave us warm sunshine for only half the time we were in Sicily and so the pool, lovely though it looked, was far too cold! But Marco provided wood for a welcome evening fire and gaz for a heater and there are electric heaters in almost all rooms. The house is spacious, very well appointed with plenty of comfortable furniture indoors and out, and with splendid views of the entire coast, the islands and the mountains. Had we needed it, there is abundant shade all around the house, plus areas for play and for sunbathing. We would love to return another year in a warmer month but, on this occasion, it had to be in early April as our family was celebrating with us our Golden Wedding Anniversary. All in all, a fantastic place for a family gathering. Thank you so much, Marco.

Summary: This villa is perfect for a large group. On the ground floor there is a shower room living and eating areas, and a kitchen, on the second floor are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ,with a further bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. The view are amazing from all areas. There is a Large terrace at the top of the house, eating areas to one side, and a fantastic pool area to the other side, Also a large Table tennis table, for a bit of exercise from lying next to pool, gazing out onto the beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The villa is in an areas that means you do need a car.Put the coordinated into your sat nav, and you will find it easerley. There is a very large supermarket ten minutes away, and you are half way between both Palermo and Catania airports (2 hours in either direction). The owner is very helpful and friendly, and greeted us in the early hours of the morning, after our plane was late, without complaint. he was kind enough to leave some essential for us, for breakfast. There are some lovely beaches nearby and very beautiful coastal drives.The roads are empty of traffic, so do not be afraid to drive. Go to Tindari one evening and eat in the cliff top restaurant, and then go back in the hustle and bustle of the day, to visit the cathedral and Roman ruins. We loved this holiday so much, it was idyllic, we will definitely go back.. Thank you Marco xx.
