Positive: Very close to the river Mersey. Easy walking to the bus stop to Liverpool or the Ferry. Close to two lovely pubs. Great value for money.

Positive: as we walked through the door we were impressed with what we saw. the whole place was very tasteful and immaculate the homemade bread was delicious and a real treat
Negative: the 37 steps but we are both pretty old !
Summary: this is the best property we have stayed in over 15 years

Positive: Location was perfect, promenade and sea at the bottom of the road. Places to eat and shop nearby. Bus to Liverpool five minutes walking distance. Freshly baked bread left in room, checked on during stay to see if we needed anything. Message couple days before on how to get in and which room. Butter milk, jam, tea, coffee and cereal in room, could make a breakfast if wanted to. Cleaning items and washing up liquid. Lots of cupboard space lovely big television with Netflix, WiFi and lovely big bathroom with a spa bath.
Negative: Nothing that we didn't like

Positive: This apartment was beautiful it was like being at home but better, on arrival we had a freshly made loaf of bread waiting plus a jug of fresh milk , butter jam cereal coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you needed, lovely leather settees large TV in lounge and bedroom, bathroom, shampoo conditioner and shower gel, towels and hairdryer, ironing board and lovely comfortable bedding, honestly there's nothing the hosts hadn't thought of I honestly didn't want to go home, Rodger and gay are lovely people and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, the photo I've added was our view from the balcony, you can see anfield and Everton stadium if you're football lovers,what I will say is pubs don't allow children after 8pm which I wasn't aware of, also arcades and fairground and little shops shut at 5 but everything else ie restaurants morrissons tescos homebargains Starbucks and more are all by the seaside are open until 8pm restaurants obviously later.
Negative: I honestly can't say anything bad because to me everything was perfect.
Summary: Beautiful property the best holiday accommodation I've ever stayed in
