Summary: We extended at this property a number of times due covid-related assignment delays, and stayed about 4 months in all. So we know it quite well. The owner was very easy to communicate with, familiar with both work and leisure travel issues, and as accommodating as possible. Please see my other review. But in short, the house is very nice, well equipped and super comfortable, and the area is very convent to many amenities. My whole family was very happy and comfortable. There were great spaces for everyone to both work, school and play in the home. The neighbors are very private and quiet, the area felt very safe, and the house it at the end of a cul de sac. We really liked the house and the area. Its a great location for an extended temporary stay.

Summary: We booked a long stay and extended due to assignment delays related to covid. It was stressful for the family not knowing when our assignment would go forward, but thankfully we were staying at Holly Treeside! The house is so comfortable with everything you need. The house was beautifully renovated fairly recently . The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms are very nicely updated. The master bath is palatial. There are several large smart TVs and lots of pleasant spaces so even if you have kids homeschooling and parents working from home, you will never feel cramped. The neighborhood is super safe and the backyard is fenced. The house is easy driving distance to any shop you could wish for. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was the most beautifully decorated rental home I have ever stayed in. Our family group, ages 6 to 76, were very comfortable in the large house and enjoyed the pleasant deck and patio out back. We were a short ride from the metro and grocery store and beltway.
