Welcome to our beautiful East Congress home! This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is the perfect place for your Austin getaway. Located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac in the East Congress neighborhood, just minutes away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and attractions that Austin has to offer.
As soon as you walk in the door, you be captivated by the modern and luxurious furnishings, complimented with the beautiful accent walls in each room, which make this home truly unique. The main living area boasts a 12ft vaulted ceiling and an open floor plan that creates an inviting atmosphere. You'll feel right at home in the comfortable living room, complete with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for everyone.
The kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, ample counter space, and all the cooking tools you'll need to whip up a gourmet meal. You can choose from multiple dining options including the kitchen table, bar seating or outdoor dining table.
When it's time to retire for the evening, you'll find that each of the bedrooms is designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a luxury-grade shower. The two additional bedrooms each have their own unique accent walls and share a second full bathroom, with a huge luxury walk-in shower. One guest bedroom features a king-sized mattress and the other two full-sized.
Don't waste too much time inside before you open the sliding doors to the backyard oasis! Relax in the sun loungers by the pool or take a dip to cool off on a hot day. The backyard also features yard games including cornhole and ladder toss, as well as 3 outdoor TVs for your entertainment. A huge fenced-in area consists of beautiful artificial grass, an awesome patio with a gazebo for sunshade and the sparkling in-ground pool!
We're turning up the heat by offering FREE pool heating up to a balmy 85 degrees! 🌞
But wait, there's more! For those seeking the ultimate tropical paradise at a toasty 90 degrees, we've got you covered. A small charge of $50/day will be needed for this temperature that ensures your pool stays in the sweet spot from 8 AM to 8 PM, delivering that perfect temperature for your leisure.
RULES:
**For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.
We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.
We only host groups over the age of 23+ years old. Will need ID verification.
No parties or events.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas after 10:00 p.m.; however, we kindly ask that there be no amplified music, shouting, or loud partying. If this rule is not respected, we will have to enforce a no-noise policy outdoors after 10:00 p.m. for the remainder of your stay. Additionally, if the police are called due to a noise complaint, guests will be charged a $500 fee, which reflects the fine we receive.
Pet fee is $125 (max of 2). No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.

Summary: I recently stayed at this house for a girl's weekend. It had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the nice outdoor space - especially the pool. It was a short drive/uber to anywhere we wanted to go (10 mins), and we found the location convenient for our needs. The host was very responsive to our questions, which we really appreciated. I would recommend!

Summary: This house was amazing! We had three adults and two teens. The backyard and pool area were perfect. The house was spotless. The house was in a neighborhood with a lot of houses close, but once inside and in the fenced-in backyard you’d never know. It was super convenient to get to restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive and helpful. I hope to stay here again in the future! Highest recommendation!!

Summary: We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette and couldn’t have been happier with this house! It was even better than listed online. Incredibly clean, comfortable beds, great appliances and the house and yard were just as well decorated and fun as they looked in the listing! The house was also stocked with everything we needed - cleaning supplies, irons/steamers, towels for the pools, etc. to make things really easy and comfortable. Lucas was also incredibly communicative and made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the booking and check in process. We couldn’t recommend this booking more!!

Summary: This is such a terrific property - from the street, very unassuming; however, the backyard is loaded with fun. My grandchildren ran, "played" bocci ball and jenga. The host was very communicative and responsive. I had requested the heat on the pool be up to 90 degrees, and it was on both days. Will stay here again.

Summary: Fantastic South Austin location! Quiet and safe, minutes to South Congress and all downtown hot spots. Clean, cozy, charming home. My 65 year old mother was ready to just stay forever! Pool was so relaxing after walking the city all day. Would return!

Summary: We did a quick staycation for the pool and enjoyed our time. They listing says to say quiet after 10pm (no music, loud talking), but around 8pm they told us to not be outside at all. Just a heads up, you're in a neighborhood with close neighbors

Summary: Fantastic modern home, clean and well appointed, in a great Austin location! Owner has thought of everything and more you could need for a fun time at the house! Great A/C, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and sweet Texas decor. My granddaughters especially loved the colored lights in the pool at night! Make a reservation, you won't be sorry!

Summary: This is a nice oasis in what can be the craziness of a growing Austin area. As experienced VRBO(Homeaway) people we can tell you this host was one of the most accommodating and responsive we have ever had. The house was immaculate and has everything that you want in a VRBO. There is some travel involved if you are going into the city or anywhere north, but it is wasn't that bad and it is well worth it for what you get in this house.
