Summary: This listing says sleeps 12. Also lists 7 sofa beds. These were only couches not sofa beds. Also there was no extra bedding to accommodate 12 people. The 3 beds had bedding but nothing else. Nothing to make up beds for 6 kids. Very disappointed. It was clean but certainly not as advertised.

Summary: A great family home! My family enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the play room and the park just outside the back yard! Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Nice neighborhood, spacious rooms, plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. Garage/double car driveway was nice as the street is pretty narrow.

Summary: House was very clean. Neighborhood was nice. Host was very responsive to any questions I had. Only suggestion would be to add mirrors to the bedrooms. If you have small children, there is an awesome playroom in the basement.
