Positive: תקשיבו זה המקום הכי קסום שהגעתי אליו. משפחתי, מפנק, מארחים מאד נדיבים, בוסתן גדול עם ענבים ותאנים. פינת אוכל ומטבח מרווחים ומאובזרים בהכל. המחיר היה ממש זול כלל ארוחת בוקר מעדן ממש. ולקינוח ריבות תוצרת בית. חדרים גדולים נקיים ומפנקים. אין מילים. תודה enver!❤️

Positive: All the furniture and installations were new, modern and functional, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff was full of solicitude and very helpful. The breakfast package that I asked for the previous evening (because I left Home 12 very early in the morning) was generous and very tasty.
Negative: Everything was fine. Keep up the good work!

Positive: Great location, very clean, super friendly owner. We felt just visiting a friend. Home made wine and raki, posibility of drinking beers and refreshments at the property, posibility of ordering food from a local restaurant. We stayed for 7 nights in Albania, just for 1 night here at Home 12, it was the best of all and we had some pretty good ones on the way. Children friendly, secure parking at the location.
Negative: Liked everything.

Positive: This place is phenomenal. It was much more than we expected. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, nicely decorated and fully equipped. You have brilliant tarraced dining area with coffee and tea (with herbs from their garden) where they serve delicious breakfast and forgot to mention we were welcomed with homemade Raki... The level of attention to details is amazing, they really respect and care of the guests. We really enjoyed the stay and couldn't be more grateful for their hospitality. Highly recommend to visit as the surrounding village is really lovely and cosy as well. Plus you have plenty to do in surrounding National Park.
