Positive: We spent a fantastic week at Home & Garden Le Rondini. The apartment was spotless and wonderfully peaceful, yet just a short stroll from a well-stocked supermarket. Having our own parking space on-site made everything that much more convenient. Highly recommended!

Positive: We had a perfect stay and, a great location with supermarkets nearby, 5 minutes by car to the promenade along the lake, 1 hour by car to Rome. Spacious apartment with everything that is needed. Everything works properly and is made with good quality. Awesome communication with hostess.
Negative: If there were a dishwasher, we couldn't leave this place at all 🥰

Positive: The property si better than described honestly. Extremely clean( and I am very ocd) and had everything . Comfortable bed and pillows . Kitchen very well equiped with the bare minimum. Maybe a roll of kitchen paper or a towel could have been provided. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. Very responsive. I partcularly loved the shutters as I like a dark room. Huge bathroom with everything you need. I honestly have nothing negtive to say about it. Location for us was a bit tricky as we didn't drive but still managed to spend a lovely day on the lake. Public transport is great with trains to Rome on a hourly basis( saturday) so if you want to stay here and spend a day in Rome this is a great location. If I knew I would have done this instead of spending so much on Rome accomodation.

Positive: Great apartment in a quiet town by the beautiful lake Bracciano. Secure parking behind a closed gate, supermarket is 2 min drive away, lake is a 5-10 min drive. Rome is 40 min drive away. Excellent location to explore Rome if you have a hire car.

Positive: It is an apartment in the townhouse building, located on the ground floor with the neighbors shared parking space (not the whole villa like one can imagine from the photos). No stairs and floors - everything is on the same level. Everything is carefully and well-organized with love and respect from the hosts. Quiet and peaceful place with the huge area inside and outside. It was a great value for the money.
Negative: It can be noisy at the evening due to some kind of a karaoke bar nearby. Not sure it is easy to reach the place if you are without a car (but if you have a car it has plenty of reserved parking place in a closed area).

Positive: The property was clean and very spacious including a garden area on the ground floor. It was well-equipped. Easy access and parking outside the front entrance. Situated just about 1.5 kms. from the centre of ANGUILLARA...convenient.
Negative: We booked the WHOLE APARTMENT with TWO bedrooms. I was messaged AFTER payment had been taken on the morning of arrival that I had access to ONE bedroom only and that I would have to pay more for use of the locked second bedroom, even if we wanted to use the sofa in the sitting area /kitchen (for the sheets !!)> I have travelled widely with booking and have not encountered such nonsense. This was very UNTOWARD...... I was told that it was BOOKING 's fault ! I interpreted this as exploitation and sneaky behaviour on the part of the OWNER , potentially spoiling our last night in Italia. I communicated with the 'landlady/agent' in Italian by phone , and accepted use of ONE BEDROOM only. We had paid maximum for the 2 bedroom directly to booking already. I did NOT sleep well sharing the room with my companion; hence we book two bedrooms as often as possible, where possible. We left the apartment early the next day to drive to Fiumicino Airport and I received a WHAT'S APP message from Signa Daniela - I told her of my discomfort. She offered to reimburse me in full , given the fiasco. I did not think that this was fair....we had used the facilities , it was fine except for the loss of bedroom 2. I agreed to only accept 50% reimbursement. I still feel that I need to explain in this REVIEW the truth about my stay.
Summary: CLEAN , SPACIOUS BUT MISREPRESENTATION of ACTUALITY re; USE OF ROOMS.
