Positive: Spacious and very clean studio apartment with a large sunny terrace. Very comfortable bathroom with a very large and comfortable shower. Costantinos, the owner, is very kind and ready to try to meet the needs of his guests. Every day the cleaning lady came and the change of sheets/towels was really frequent. The location is convenient if you have a car and want to explore the Epirus coast or stray inland even as far as Zaghoria. A little less convenient if you don't have a vehicle also because the beaches are not within walking distance. Really good value for money

Negative: The following is entirely personal: I am used to cooking even on vacation so I had chosen this solution because it was equipped with a kitchenette. However, space is really tight and it is just for basic equipment. If you intend to really cook and not just have breakfast or the bare minimum, it is good to know that you have to make do a bit.

Positive: Me and my partner had a good time here. The hosts are very polite and cheerful. They even sent us a list with activities to do in Parga.We had a problem with the refrigerator the first night ,but that was fixed on the next day. The room is big enough and the bed is comfortable. It has a good view from the balcony too. It's located on main road so it could be a bit noisy during night ,mostly because of the motorcyclists ,but when you close the window it's getting okey. It was quite during our stay and clean. In front of the house there are parking lots.

Negative: The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, but it does the job. If you have neighbors you can hear them talking through the wall I guess the walls are probably a bit thin. The noise could be something if you sleep lightly.

Positive: It was clear the apartment was well looked after. Everything was new and the room was decorated in an excellent way. The owner, Constantinos was easily contactable and made our stay even better. His cat, Spiros even approved of us.
