Summary: This rental property is newly updated inside and has everything we could need and more. It is super well stocked in the kitchen and lots of extra bedding and towels. The AC units work super well! The parking is very tight and the neighbors/neighborhood are not the most welcoming. It’s not a deal breaker, but there is a huge dog next door who could easily jump the small fence and did not seem friendly and the shared driveway makes parking tricky. The home is only accessible with keys and the owner prefers to meet in person upon arrival - just things to note. His communication with us was great! We already booked our next stay as it fits our needs with nearby family perfectly.

Summary: The owners have totally remodeled the house, it is new and clean! They have a cozy comfortable living room with an electronic fireplace. So nice! All the kitchen wares you need can be found, which is great for cooking during your stay. A half bath is located on first floor, full bath upstairs - again clean and new! Comfy beds and new towels/ linens. We were very comfortable during our stay and Kevin the owner is available for any questions you may have. The in town location is convienent- very close to Corning museum and W Market St. Grocery stores very close- the lakes are 30-40 mins away and such a beautiful ride! A great fall getaway - would stay again!

Summary: This property was truly relaxing!! the host Kevin, was wonderful. This house had everything we needed and some things we didn't even know we needed. we were a party of five 4 adults and one 3yr old. We all were very comfortable. The home also had a baby gate ready for use!!! yah so happy to see that the hosts thought about safety. The house was located minutes from the corning glass museum and the Rockwell museum. Groceries were right down the street. In the living room there was even a welcome bowl with some snacks. Activity books, Coloring books with crayons, and construction paper. There were games available for all ages. Couch was comfy in front of the fireplace. Front porch was a great cup of coffee in the A.M.. Kitchen was large with all you could ask for coffee, tea, and even a k cup/coffee maker (plus more). Bathrooms were spacious and very clean! The house even had a basket with oopps items toothbrush and baby shampoos. The beds were just so comfy we were late for our appt at the corning museum of glass. This home also has a small outdoor area that was all we needed for a great grill out! The host was very knowledgeable and left us some great tips in the welcome book that is provided. If there is anything you need this host will be there for you! This home was very welcoming with the bending of old and new designs! My stop anytime we head in that direction. Thank you Kevin and Ricky!! key note there is no washer or dryer in the home however there is a laundromat literally across street.
