Positive: Location was nice, I lived in NPR for 25 years. The house is a split plan three bedroom with two baths. It has a nice living room and a family room off of the kitchen. There were five TVs and a caged pool.
Negative: Whomever they used to clean the property does not do their job. There were food wrappers and dust balls under the beds, the sheets were a very low quality. I contacted the owner to see if any of the TV apps ,(ie Hulu, You Tube, Netfix etc)were active for the house, their response was to use my own login. I wasn't able to use my own logins because I am not from that FL and they wanted me to change all of my accounts over as if I had moved. Each bathroom had only two rolls of toilet paper and one partial roll that was left over from whomever stayed before. Master bathroom had one bath towel one hand towel and one face cloth. We did find more towels after searching in a closet over by the two bedroom area of the house. There were no condiments or anything extra in the kitchen, other places I've stayed have had ketchup mustard butter salad dressings and such in the refrigerator. The refrigerator was clean but totally empty. There was dish soap to wash dishes by hand in a dispenser but no refill available. There was a dishwasher but the dishwasher detergent was left in a Brillo box so I assumed it was Brillo pads and went and bought dishwasher detergent. They left two sponges to clean the kitchen counters and whatnot with which was sufficient. There were dirt smudges and dirt on various surfaces throughout the house but no cleaning products I purchased Clorox wipes to be able to wipe things down and disinfect. There was washer and dryer on site, they had gain dryer sheets but no laundry soap. I purchased Tide to be able to wash my clothes and the washing machine would not enter the spin cycle. I adjusted the washer to spin and rinse and spin only about three times until it was obvious that it was not going to spin out. I had to put soaking wet/wringing wet clothes in the dryer which ran for about 4 hours.

Positive: The heated pool and jacuzzi were a wonderful addition. Love having washer and dryer. Enjoyed the critters that we would see little a turtle, ducks and lizards.
Negative: Had a couple bumps with the WiFi but they fixed that right away, the last night the smoke detector kept beeping because of low battery. So it was difficult to sort. There were no batteries to replace it so the adt kept talking low battery. But other than that we truly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location between all the adventures we went on.

Positive: In my experience, with lots of air Bnb type rentals this home away from home stood out as great value. This is due to the size was very spacious 3 room 2 bath. The quality, newness of fixtures appliances etc was all new excellent condition. It had smart technology throughout and thou there are neighbors the homes are set in a way it is private going in and out with location very low traffic road in front. Oh and like a forest back yard looks really cool, unique, in a good way, with pools and fence, screened in back yard privacy. Great deal
