Positive: Location and cost I paid for it last moment booking
Negative: Lots of things. Kitchen was not well equipped but owner fixed it immediately. Bathroom didn’t have shampoo and bath soap, owner fixed it immediately. Trash disposal was big issue. Overall cleaning not good. We were seeing cockroaches in the house we kept spraying them.
Summary: Would not stay here again

Positive: The house is very comfortable. There was a pool and trampoline in the backyard which our grandson’s loved. The house is very nice. It served our needs very well.
Negative: The furniture was very nice, but I think for rental property it would be better to have vinyl sofa and chair or leather sofa and chair and vinyl or leather chairs at the table in the breakfast room. I was really worried about the children spilling something on the sofa or the chairs in the breakfast room. Also, just a suggestion, the house sleeps six, eight with that trundle bed. The breakfast room only had a place for four people to sit and they were only four dishes four bowls there were more glasses. If a House is going to sleep 6 to 8 there should be place for 6 to 8 people to eat and there should be eight plates and eight mugs and at least eight glasses and eight forks and knives and spoons. Also, as I said, sofa and loveseat and chairs at the table that can be easily cleaned. Things are gonna get spilled. I was so afraid my my grandkids were gonna spill something somewhere. And I couldn’t just wipe it up.
