New and clean home with lots of space and privacy, approximately 1700 sqft. Has central air conditioning and central heater. Neighborhood is mostly single family homes. We are located close to shopping centers and restaurants for easy accessibility. Back yard provides enough space to sit out and relax with friends. Great for short and long term stay. Our home is simply equipped and fully furnished, laminate and tile flooring. Guests are allowed to utilize the driveway for their vehicles.

Summary: The owner was great to work with. Very flexible given our timing issues. I didn't realize until we arrived that the train was so close but it didn't put a damper on the stay. Turned out to be a point of humor. Otherwise, the only recommendation is that the kitchen have a few more items like a mixing bowl and a few more glasses. If the guest doesn't cook much, it's fine. We cook a lot so we put the kitchen to the test. Everything worked as advertised and the family really enjoyed the thanksgiving meal.
