Summary: Property was in good shape, though I recommend the owner consider refinishing the tub, the current paint job is not so good. The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again.

Summary: It was a nice quiet place to stay for me and my partner to stay while he stayed in Troy NY. I live in Troy and my partner is trying to deciede if he wants to live here.

Summary: It fit our needs perfectly....a place to sleep, shower, make coffee and watch some TV at the end of our day. Our trip was built around seeing family in the area. We did not need outdoor space or fancy accommodations. It was clean and comfortable!!

Summary: Positives- owner lives onsite and was responsive. The property was clean. My overall opinion- the location was tricky to find. More descriptors would be helpful. I want to be both respectful and honest- as someone from out of town and not familiar with the neighborhood I did not feel safe. There was even a large dog barking in the adjacent yard complete with its owner yelling at it. This was not a vacation rental. It was barely acceptable for a get away. I was dropping off a kid to college and the quality of this property ruined my last night with her. I had he stay with her dad at a hotel because it felt sketchy. Maybe for the right group good enough would be fine. I expected more from a vacation rental organization. Hotel for me next visit.

Summary: Was a beautiful place. Had an issue with the TV but with fast communication host had the problem fixed ASAP. Very quiet and sweet neighbors also.
