Summary: Location, cleanness and staff is perfect. Breakfast and dinner was good for me. If you are a fussy eater, you may compel. However, you can find basic things like soup, salad, chese, vegtables, etc.

Summary: Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were also very good. The staff helpful and friendly. The tram was one street away making it easy to get around.

Summary: Loved this hotel!! My husband and i had a wonderful stay at this hotel and in Helsinki. Every member of staff from the moment we arrived to us leaving were so helpful and friendly. Room was spotless with no noise heard from outside or inside. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom excellent, no solid wall between bedroom and bathroom, just glass. Breakfast, fika and dinner was included in the price paid. Worth every penny!!! Personally, as a vegan,i was overjoyed with everything provided as well as staff's care and help. Each evening a vegetarian option, which is actually vegan, was cooked to order. Location was great with everything needed on the doorstep or within very close reach. Everything was great, i wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Summary: The rooms were very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, tidy and warm. All the staff were very friendly and willing to talk not only about things to do and see in Helsinki but also talk about the history of the amazing building

Summary: The Hotel is beautiful, the architecture is amazing, lots of character. We had a nice room, bathroom had a lovely shower - that had an glass side into the bedroom! Shower gel and shampoo provided and the hand basin had hand wash and hand lotion. A hairdryer is also supplied. There is tea, coffee and sugar along with a kettle. The cups don't have handles though and I did find this a little different as they were too hot to handle with tea or coffee in. Breakfast and evening meals were all in with the price, so great value! There is a sauna that is booked separately for privacy and a great little gym with a relaxation bed.I can highly recommend the Home Hotel Jugend and would stay there again.
