Summary: I was surprised that on check in I was informed they had down graded me from the room i'd booked, but no refund of the difference, only an offer of 1 beer. The room itself was ok but very noisy due to the construction site right outside the window. Breakfast was good

Summary: Brilliant hotel. Extremely clean, bed.very comfortable, lovely shower. We received a very generous of "deal" which included buffet dinner and breakfast gratis Foods extremely good

Summary: Nice evening meal, excellent breakfast. Safe parking in garage. Although the reception was extremely busy at arrival, there were still time for a smile and the service was way above level.
