Negative: Its a small property but little unsafe for old age people. May be somewhere it should mention in the description. And another thing is that they charge 80eur for cleaning which is not shown in description but mentioned in unnoticeable place in "Important message". So you are forced to pay 80Eur additionally if you have booked this property in hurry without seeing this message.

Negative: Like a previous reviewer we were not aware of the additional 80€ cleaning fee. I’m not sure if the fault lies with the property or booking.com but overall adding that fee as well makes the place poor value for money. The location is good but the property itself is uncomfortable with many steep steps and no area to relax or eat properly. We were also not given the access codes until over an hour after check in which was inconvenient.

Positive: The appt has a very good location.
Negative: They don't give you proper pillows, just cushions and they only leave hand towels, so you don't have proper towels to shower. The apartment is super strange, it doesn't seem like an actual apartment, it seems like a property built on what used to be a 2mx2m deposit. If you are taller than 1.75 NOT recommended, if you have kids or travel with older people NOT recommended. It would be nice if the hosts improve their communication. They send emails in english and french, so you would assume they are both the same message in different languages but no. The french messages sometimes have information that is not on the translated to english, for example, how to pay the cleaning fee and the taxes. So when we found out there was no "reception" as the english email said, or no way to pay rather than PayPal, we struggle to do that process to obtain the key code.
Summary: Be aware you will have to pay more than the price stated in Booking when you arrive.

Positive: This is the kind of accommodation we aim at. Exactly as expected. Enough space, all we need for an uncomplicated stay
Negative: We were suddenly pushed for extra money, despite the all included label. Not acceptable. Because of this we had to wait outside for nearly an hour, and were not confident that we would not be visited during our stay to 'persuade' us to part with cash or leave. Not even vaguely acceptable
Summary: Don't pump me for more cash. Place nice

Positive: The location is great for access to the Luxembourg gardens.
Negative: The apartment is split between 3 separate floors with very narrow stairways between each. Children have to be supervised very carefully at all times which can be quite cumbersome. There were stains on the bedsheets and floor beneath beds were dusty despite the fact the hosts charge €80 for cleaning costs. It's difficult to understand how such a small residence requires such a high cleaning fee.
