Summary: We took our 3.5 year old on his first summer beach vacation and hit the jackpot with this property at Assateague Pointe! The pools are awesome, the arcade’s ice-cream truck ride was a favorite, the paddle boats on the little pond are delightful, and the house we rented was located on probably the best street in the entire community (running parallel) to the back bay. Evening walks to the pier were a must and highly e joyed by our kiddo. Loads of fun things to do close by, like water play, arcade fun, and mini golf at Frontiertown, kayaking at Ayer’s creek adventure, and of course the state and national parks on Assateague Island. We will totally consider this place again, although I have to admit that the added service fees for VRBO really jack up the price almost prohibitively (which is of course no fault of the owner).

Summary: Was the perfect little getaway that was convent to everything and a 6 min drive from the beach/boardwalk. It was clean peaceful and beautiful. We loved our stay!!!!

Summary: By far the best VRBO vacation we've stayed at yet. The house was cute and updated, amazing "home" feeling once we walked in the door. Nostalgic reminisce of beach life when I was going up and visiting my grandparents and their beach house. Friendly and helpful neighbors, short walk/drive to everything we wanted during our vacation. 100% willing to book again. Thank you so much for a wonderful summer experience!!!

Summary: This was our 2nd time staying in the complex, our first time staying at this address. This house was great! Close to the bay side and had a beautiful breeze every morning and night. House was clean and the amenities were awesome. Linens were provided. We made great use of the kitchen. Very nice stay.

Summary: The house and community were great!! The kids really enjoyed the pier and pool. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We were disappointed that the propane tank was empty and we had to waste some food that we brought to grill but otherwise there the house was good. The wifi signal is terrible so don't bring a wifi speaker . We had no phone services so communication with owners or property manager was very difficult. They did send someone out toward the end of our stay to rectify the situation so they did try but the wifi went out again after a few hours. I couldn't really relay this info because my phone wasn't sending or receiving messages all but periodically but being there's no land line nothing you can do about that. Mostly otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Ty for having us for the week!!

Summary: The property was as described, the community was nice and the property managers were quick to respond to any questions I had. The only issues we had with the property itself was that it was difficult to keep cool during the day. We were there during the hottest week of the year thus far so I wasn’t completely surprised that the ac unit had a tough time keeping the place cool. Any use of the dryer, oven or hair dryer would affect the temperature greatly during the day as it is a small place. It wasn’t much of an issue for us since we weren’t really indoors for the greater part of the day. The house was stocked with everything you would need for your stay which was really convenient. I watched the full moon rise on the pier located within the community, no words to describe how beautiful that was. The view was completely unobstructed and breathtaking. My cell phone service was very spotty in most of Maryland, a little more so at the property which I assume was because of the concentration of people in one area and the location. Make sure to visit historic Berlin, beautiful area with shops and restaurants. All in all it was a nice trip, I would stay there again and recommend to others
