Summary: Good local house. Pros: great location, good amenities, generally clean and well-equipped, and reasonable price. Cons: no water view though it is less than 150 ft from bay, floor had not been swept, and bedroom needs furniture ( only 1 nightstand, dressers with missing handles/falling out of dresser), and front door entry code switched without notice.

Summary: This place was bigger than I thought. It was uncluttered and comfy. I really enjoyed the space and felt at home. I gave 5 stars on everything except: Cleanliness: the toilet wasn't cleaned, someone had used it. Check in: I had some trouble with the door lock, taking 5 times on the average to get it opened (and in the rain, it wasn't fun.) Location/Neighborhood: Location was great, but I'm not a fan of an unpaved road; it had lots of pits, dips and gravel. I would definitely stay here again, these points were mostly based on a slight inconvenience, nothing more. It had a nice "back yard" area and the house was well maintained. Thank you!!

Summary: We loved having a roomy kitchen and dining room . The freestanding fire place was great to chase away the chill in the evening. There was a play structure behind the house that our daughter enjoyed. We also really enjoyed the wild life that walked through the property.

Summary: The issues is the lack of instruction on how to use the lock mechanism. A simple "number code" is not enough. It takes several physical moves to get the door open. A team member showed up 30 minutes later to instruct us on this rather arcane method. Also, if a customer gets there a half hour early, and the lock mechanism is set for a specific time, the customer still can't get in until the appointed time. A little slack would be helpful as most people on holiday wont be EXACTLY on time.
