Newly renovated home on property on Lake Erie. Access to 50 acres of beautiful meadows and woods with walking paths throughout. Amazing sunsets on the lake. Sit beside firepits for great conversations or walk down access path to the lake. You may see eagles that nest nearby and many rabbit & deer. Relaxation and nature are on tap in bounty. If you are an adventurer, you can find that here as well. The quaint village of Westfield is less than 5 miles away with unique shops and restaurants. Our property is "on" Lake Erie, however you cannot see the lake from the house because of woods, that is why we have the pathways and meadows for sunsets and lake access.

Summary: My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our few days at the lovely house. Beth and George were so quick to answer our questions and concerns. Our dog also had a wonderful time walking with us on the paths to Lake Erie. My favorite part might have been the relaxing furniture on the deck and watching the birds around the ponds. There was a pair of robins building a nest on a low branch right outside the kitchen window. Wish we could have stayed to watch as the eggs hatched!

Summary: Cute little house perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and well kept. Lake Erie a short walk. Large yard and lovely deck. We stayed there for the eclipse so didn't explore the town. Hosts live nearby and are very nice.

Summary: Lovely time! Westfield is a great small town. Good food, good wineries, and friendly people. While the house is a bit of a walk to the beach, we kinda liked that because it made the two private beaches more secluded. Lots of walking trails with great views of the lake. Would definitely come back!

Summary: We had the most amazing time at this property! The property owners are super helpful and very generous with their beautiful spot. We enjoyed the fishing pond, eagles soaring over head, sounds of the water crashing on the rocks, beautiful cluster of aspens trees, the beautiful tree lined path down to the water, kayaking, and of course the delicious apple trees on the property! The owners have clearly put in blood,sweat, and tears into their nature sanctuary. We loved it so much, we stayed an extra day! We can’t say thank you enough!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this cute house near the lake. It was a great meeting place for our family to get together. The house was big enough for all of us to gather comfortably, it was decorated nicely and had everything we needed for a weekend away. The weather was great and the grounds were amazing. My kids enjoyed the pond and seeing all the fish and we all enjoyed walking to the beach and the sunset look out point. The house is close to Barcelona which has a nice beach and lighthouse. We hope to stay again and explore some of the wineries and more of the property. Thanks for sharing your space!
