Summary: Ended up getting transferred to a new property during my stay. The place I was transferred to was clean, had an even easier check in with just a simple code lock. Communication was great especially when I was having issues the on call lady gave me her personal cell. Area we got transferred to was a new construction area, only real loss from the transfer was lack of lake view. In terms of the house I originally booked, it was older than I expected and was infested with yellow jackets to the point that we all had to sleep in our cars our first night and I had to have my lawyer call company, as of the time I am writing this review I have not received a refund for the night we were unable to stay in the house.

Summary: The location of the house provided beautiful views of the surrounding area and water. Very close to hiking paths, stores and fun local spots like wine tasting and restaurants

Summary: The inside of the house is a bit dated, especially the bedrooms. Kitchen is updated and has everything you need. We loved the large dining room table. The couch was comfy, but seems on the older side. A second couch would be a nice addition. We loved sitting on the deck and taking in the gorgeous view! Loved the hot tub and fire pit. Make sure you bring your own wood. You can request an early check-in or late check-out but there is a fee, which I found expensive.

Summary: Beautiful location. Large house with fully stocked kitchen. Enjoyed hot tub, firepit, the view, and the wildlife. Cons were the narrow spiral staircase. Could of been cleaned better. And we didn't have AC for 3 days.

Summary: This was an amazing place to get away from the world. The place was beautiful and very peaceful. Very quiet area allowed for the perfect mental health get away for essential workers.

Summary: This is a comfortable home with a fantastic view of part of the Deep Creek Lake because the house is situated on a mountain ridge. The house is spacious for our party of five. It was clean with crisp bed linens and plenty of soft and thick bath towels. Even though the listing says the guests need to bring toilet papers, paper towel, detergents, soaps, shampoos and hairdryer, Railey Management left a shopping bag filled with two rolls of toilet papers , one roll of paper towel, and single use dishwasher detergent and washer detergent. It was a surprise, and we also found two hairdryers in the master bath. Everything was functional except the hot tub! We were in our swimsuits and ready to enjoy soaking in the hot tub after a three hour drive and unpacking, yet there was little water in it when we lifted the cover! We contacted the management agency by phone the next morning at 8:30, the agent promised to put in a work order, but the tub was untouched when we returned from a hiking trip in the afternoon. Some email communication was carried out with the management company, but the issue was not resolved when we checked out on the third day. The management was responsive and courteous when we conversed every time though, and they were quick to come and replace a couple of light bulbs. Otherwise we really enjoyed our time at this property, especially the BBQ dinner on the deck and the bonfire using the fire pit in the backyard facing the lake. Our four year old grandson said he wanted to stay.

Summary: My friends/family and I really enjoyed our stay!!! This property had everything we needed! Despite COVID, the host was gracious enough to provide a few staple products. All of the amenities were as advertised and fully functional. The morning views are phenomenal. The perfect getaway :) Only con is the check in/check out process purely given the distance between the rental property and the management office. A lockbox or security code at the rental property would be ideal.

Summary: My family of four stayed at this property right before New Year 2019. Great house with everything you may need. Spectacular view on a lake was a bonus. Management company was very receptive and provided really nice service. I would recommend this house without reservations.
