5 Bedroom House in Greensboro

Beautiful 5 bedroom - 4 bath 2400 square foot home just 1.5 miles from downtown Greensboro. There is a TV in each of the 5 bedrooms plus one large 60"TV in the living room and one in the common area upstairs. All of the beds are comfy with all new memory foam mattresses. Pillows and mattresses are covered with zippered waterproof protectors which safeguard against dust mites, bedbugs, and fluids. They create no sound when in use. We have plush towels and toilet paper - unlike most hotels.
Great for large family, sporting events or business trips.
The house is 2400 square ft with 5 BEDROOMS and 4 FULL BATHROOMS.

Bedrooms – 6 Queens – 1 Double – 6 twins – TV in each bedroom - Bed Linens & Towels.
There’s a Smart TV in each of the 5 bedrooms and one in the Living Room and one in the common area upstairs. All 7 TV’s are wifi with over 500 things to watch - including Netflix, Disney Plus, etc... Living room TV has an antenna for local channels.
Bathrooms – There are 4 bathrooms. Each is stocked with toilet paper, guest soaps, shampoo, towels, blow dryers, etc..
Laundry – Washer and Dryer – laundry detergent provided.
Other – TV – Games – Puzzles - FREE Internet wi-fi.
Outdoor - Cement Patio - Gas Grill – Badminton/Volley Ball – 2 Picnic Tables – Hammock – Outdoor Lights – Fire-pit – Cornhole Game – Picnic Supplies – Dog Supplies.
Perishables - We stock toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, k-cups, coffee, Kleenex for at least 2 weeks of your stay. If you desire restocking and/or cleaning during your stay please discuss with me prior to you arrival.

Sunset Hills, a neighborhood just two blocks away from the house, is aglow with lighted, chicken wire balls between Thanksgiving and New Years. Collectively, they turn the neighborhood into a winter wonderland. It is the largest neighborhood light display in the United States. Take a drive or walk down Ridgeway Avenue, Madison Avenue, or any of the Sunset Hills streets between Friendly Avenue and Market Streets and enjoy the view. Be sure to take a few cans of non-perishables. The neighborhood collects cans for the Second Harvest Food Bank.
Sunset Hills neighborhood also has tennis/pickleball courts and a playground.

Summary: Everything about our stay was perfect! Great communication, very clean, very spacious and tastefully decorated! Excellent location and value for the space and beds in this place. We travel the country for work have stayed at a lot of places and this is by far the best one yet! Highly recommended and definitely would stay again if needed! Excellent host!!

Summary: We stayed for several weeks due to a relocation to the area. Maggie's place is homey and stylish. From the outside, the house looks too small to accommodate so many people, but it does have enough room for the 20ish people as advertised. 3 of the 5 rooms have more than one bed. The house was stocked with wonderful items. The backyard is a great place to hang out: cornhole, badminton, grilling, etc. Nice neighborhood, too. Maggie and her staff's communication was fast and attentive. When it came time for us to move into our new house, we wanted to stay at her lovely place! A big thank you!

Summary: The home was exactly as described and very clean. There were 8 of us in all and there was plenty of room for more! The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to host a dinner for family who lived in the area. Maggie was very responsive and great to work with! The kids enjoyed corn-hole and badminton in the backyard. EVERYONE enjoyed the AC with the NC temps we encountered. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Maggie for the treats!

Summary: This house was AMAZING and for being our first Airbnb experience, it is going to be very hard to beat. The house is perfect for multiple families still needing their space and has all the comforts of home. Maggie does an wonderful job of putting little touches to make you feel welcome. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the dishwasher (LOL) and texted Maggie to get an IMMEDIATE response, but we figured it out! If ever in the area, this will be the house that we go to. Has plenty of activities to do when it is rainy and the backyard is so welcoming when it is nice. Cannot wait for next year!! My family and I were beyond impressed. Thank you, Maggie!!
