Summary: What a wonderful stay in Sutherlin this weekend with my family. The home was tidy and welcoming. Bright and well equipped kitchen for everyday meal prep. Cozy living room with comfortable couches. Bedrooms were clean with plenty of storage for clothes. Nice proximity to the highway and local eateries. Super responsive host - Jimmy answered all my questions promptly. We will stay again!

Summary: This was such a cute little house! Very clean and newly renovated interior! We were very comfortable and enjoyed staying here. Some of the exterior was still being worked on, but was not a problem for us and did not impede our ability to come and go! We were there during the hottest and driest time of year, so the grass and yard were dry, but have tons of potential! The owner was extremely easy to work with and well accommodating! I would recommend staying here, and will hopefully go back and stay again!
