Positive: Great apartment, very well organized. Everything you need is there. A major bonus is the building's private parking and the reserved spot, which is in the absolute best possible position for loading and unloading. Right next to the parking spot are doors to the basement—yes, the basement—from which you take the elevator straight up to the second floor where the apartment is located. There are no stairs or obstacles, making it extremely easy to handle luggage. Perfectly clean, well-equipped, comfortable bed—truly nothing to complain about. The city center is about a 30-minute walk or around 7 minutes by car. Parking is easy to find in public garages downtown, and as I already mentioned, the apartment has its own parking, so if you don’t feel like walking, driving is no problem. Plus, the bus stop is right in front of the building. The nearest bakery and supermarket are about a 7–10 minute walk away.

Positive: Lovely and thoughtfully decorated flat with all the necessary elements for a comfortable stay. About 20 minute walk from Metz Gare, the self check in was good (very clear instructions given) and the tea and coffee facilities very welcome on a rather rainy day. Luxurious shower and heated towel rail. Very quiet despite being close to two major avenues. Would recommend for a couple staying a few days in Metz - as it is a short walking distance from the old town.
Negative: There was scaffolding around the whole building which took us by surprise when we got there, but it did not detract from our enjoyment of the place.
