Positive: It was lovely and clean. The room was laid out perfectly!! The bathroom had the opportunity to have a bath or a shower separately which was really refreshing. It felt like it was giving you a hug the moment you walked through the door. The little farm in garden with about 7 different animals on made the whole experience so memorable. Unfortunately I took the wrong foot wear, other wise I would have been able to get my own eggs for breakfast I wish I took some pictures but unfortunately it was raining for the most part of the time we were there.

Positive: Fantastic experience! This is so much more than just a bed and breakfast. The hosts are wonderful, and the added charm of domestic birds, fresh eggs, and homemade jams at breakfast really makes it special. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring the area, with Sandringham just a short drive away. Excellent value for money—I would highly recommend it.
