Summary: The home is in a nice and safe location. Lovely exterior and interior. Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds, good quality bed linens and plenty of absorbent towels. Very clean.Hot water is slow to heat up in sinks, showers and bathtub. House needs to add more kitchen flatware - there were only 5 teaspoons, 1 tablespoon, but sufficient forks and knives. Also would be nice to have a non-plastic tea kettle.Please add indoor mat at back door to wipe shoes and avoid puddles and dirt on clean floor.

Summary: Home was clean and had plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. My daughter worked from the house that week, with many rooms to use as her office. (Space/loft area over the garage, sun porch off the living room. The fenced in backyard and neighborhood to walk our dog was great!

Summary: The pictures shown with the house are nice. Yet, we had a overall problem with the cleanliness of the house. Bed sheets on the beds had human hair and dirt, which meant we had to change them. When we used the ones in the closet, they were all moist and smelled (put away wet). Towels were the same. In one badroom, there was a very small amount of blood splatter on the bed and the walls. In the kitchen, the drawers were the same. We would never have cooked a meal there. We called the person the first night, and she simply said go to the closet and get a brand new set of sheets, still in the store package. No other remedy or care was provided. Two bedrooms were fine and two were dirty. Kitchen cabinets were dirty, but rest of kitchen was OK. Dining and living room and outdoor area was as advertised.

Summary: This property was in a good neighborhood and the check-in process was fine. However, there were significant issues. The overall home was not clean. Human hair, dirt and even blood splatter was found in the bedrooms and linens. We called the property manager who just told us to go to a closet and get replacement linens. The floors and walls were stained. Some of this might be because of it being a pet property, but it was just part of the overall cleanliness issue. We had a grandchild with us who needed a clean environment and we did not feel it was safe for them. The pics show a well maintained home, the experience showed a run down home with minimal care. Furthermore, we contacted them before booking to ask about cleanliness, and they lied to us.
