The Little White House was built 100 years ago and resides in a quiet neighborhood, just steps from the heart of downtown Hico. The owners have truly poured their hearts into creating this boho-style home for guests to enjoy.
The open floor plan allows for guests to enjoy all the amenities away from home. There is a large living room, kitchen and game room for unlimited relaxing and fun. The fenced yard also provides an extra entertainment area.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The first and second bedrooms have queen beds and share the guest bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom. There are 2 air mattresses and extra bedding available if needed. A pack ‘n play is available in the master bedroom closet if needed.
The living room has a couch along with several seating options. The TV has Amazon Fire Stick. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook dinner or bake a cake. A coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sweeteners and tea bags are provided for your convenience. A microwave and dishwasher are also provided.
The game room is an added bonus for adults and kiddos alike. A foosball table, darts and board games are just a few of the activities you’ll enjoy. An additional TV is located in the game room as well.
The backyard has an enclosed fence. A gas grill is provided along with outdoor seating for an enjoyable entertainment option. A tether ball pole and ball is provided, as well as, a couple of swings for the kids to play on.
