Summary: The house was spacious and tastefully furnished with a surprising amount of amenities. The backyard was absolutely gorgeous, my guest enjoyed the pool, spa and BBQ.

Summary: This property is a credit to the owner, every possible appliance is provided & is of top quality, just a pity previous tenants don’t realise this, quality saucepans being put in a dishwasher, “HELLO” all saucepans had watermarks from the dishwasher, such a shame. The only thing that was a let down on this beautiful home was the so called professional house cleaning team’s effort was second rate prior to our arrival, we felt we left the home in better condition than when we arrived, yes we very fussy & think this property deserved to be better presented. We would not hesitate in recommending this property to people who want quality. Once again, a credit to the owner for this beautiful property. Tony & Vernice Mortley ( Brisbane, Australia)

Summary: Stayed for 31 days winter of 2018. Great location in a subdivision outside of the busy city yet not far from all the area attractions.. The house and backyard was as nice as the pictures All you need for a great vacation in the sunny San Tan Valley. We did day trips to Tuscon, the Grand Canyon and Casa Grande. The hours gets you to California Evolve was great to workwith. They always responded quickly to any queries.. Lots of shopping, entertainment and hiking minutes away.

Summary: A perfect house,location, area and overall one of our best holidays. The house was exactly as pictured and in a great neighborhood. One hour from the Phoenix airport, five hours to Grand Canyon, three hours to California, golf courses everywhere. Evolve was easy to work with.
