Summary: Overall, we had a good experience. The neighborhood and amenities are very nice. The view from the second-story balcony for Independence Day fireworks is spectacular. The house is comfortable for six to seven adults. Communication was stellar until check-in time. Bill and Vanessa were very good via email and text before our arrival. Bill called us at around 1 pm to welcome us and tell us that "the house is ready". Check-in was at 3 pm. We arrived at 3:20 pm and found the cleaning crew was still there. We had to wait outside until 3:45 pm in 96-degree heat until they were done. Vanessa texted, "We will get you a gift card to the beach club grill for the inconvenience". The next morning, I texted Vanessa asking for an extra parking pass. I never heard back from her or Bill. No gift card. No parking pass. A few minor concerns with the property: nasty stains on the carpeting near the entry, GFCI outlets needing to be reset more than once, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a nest of red wasps living under the second-story balcony. Yes, these are minor complaints in a world rife with many bigger issues. However, we were disappointed enough to share these concerns. We would certainly return to this area and neighborhood, but not this property.

Summary: We had a pretty nice stay. However, there were a few things that I didn't really love. One of the bedrooms is right off the kitchen. I mean sharing a wall. You can hear every drawer close and every whisper made in the kitchen. I've stayed at a lot of VRBO's. A common theme is usually some condiments, spices, etc left over for the next guest. There was nothing in the kitchen. No spices, not even aluminum foil or plastic wrap. There also was no Tupperware. If you're going to stay here, you need to bring everything you need, and I mean everything. The view was pretty nice and it was about a 6 minute drive to the pool. The pool rules were a little crazy though. If you brought even a water bottle full of water, you had to dump it out and refill it inside. You could not bring anything in there, because they want you to buy their stuff. The grocery store is about a 30 min drive, so if you need something, expect an hour round trip.

Summary: Loved the view, we had front row seats for the fireworks. The pool area was not as impressive as the pictures made it out to be. The sofas bed was broken, and both air mattresses had holes so that was highly inconvenient. The place was pretty clean, the kitchen was stocked well enough...wish they would have stated in the description it was 2story and main living is on the 2nd story. Property manager was very nice, easy to get in contact with. Altogether our stay was pleasant. Things to know, if you bring a boat or jet skis it is quite a fee to park at the Marina which is not stated anywhere heads up it would have cost us $700 for 2 jet skis for 7 days just to tie it to a pole, not park it on a pad(no kidding)! The golf cart was soooo worth the extra $775 we road around every afternoon and thru out the day, going back and forth to the lake and hitting the trials. It's a bit far from everything. Your looking atleast a 30 minute drive everytime you need anything. Not really what I thought it would be like but it was nice.

Summary: I stayed at this house for a low key girls weekend. The house was great - pleanty of space for the 6 of us. We spent most of our time on the deck. The area is also great - the pools were very nice and we enjoyed our day by them. Only drawback - there was no cooking items (oil, salt, pepper) and the kitchen's stock was limited (no cutting board).

Summary: We loved our stay! House had an awesome view. It did seem like a drive away from a lot of attractions. Only two concerns were sofa bed was broken in the extra converted garage room. There was a sofa bed upstairs in the living room but was very uncomfortable. If wouldn't have worked out so great if we had had more adults than kids. Also it was creepy that our check out was at 11 and we left the house at 9 and turned right around because we forgot to leave the pool key. When we got back 5 minutes later someone was already cleaning the place up. How did they know we were all out and not coming back. It creeped me out like they were watching us. It made me feel uneasy like they might have had cameras.

Summary: Too many add on fees that weren’t listed up front, a bit far from Austin but a great location to get away and excellent amenities with pools and beach club
